Development of a 183-unit single family home community for rent in Santa Fe, NM. This will be Verdot Capital and Santa Fe’s first build to rent product and it is centrally located near medical employers as well as the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Construction is set to begin in August 2024 with delivery of the first units by end of 2025.
