The center building will house the clubhouse and have an elevator, which will be a first in a Pflugerville residential project. Amenities include a running trail around the property’s perimeter, a pool, beach volley and pickleball courts, dog parks and BBQs. Construction will begin in Q2 2023, with delivery at the end of 2024.
