Our Execution and Holding Period

Verdot usually typically builds with an intention to hold projects, but, is always open to receive offers on projects despite our typical holding periods. There are certain projects that are long term commitments including a vision for transforming a city such as the Northpointe project, which is designed to be passed down to generations.

City and Board Relationships

Verdot has established formidable relationships with towns, cities, and local municipalities and governments to work with local residents in keeping the best interest of the community when developing. While Verdot has worked within the confines of the city guidelines, Verdot has successfully navigated paths to complete projects on time that focus on gentrification.

Variances and Zoning Accommodations

While Verdot has always respected the traditional notions that the town has set forth, Verdot is a group that can complete projects that would have otherwise been held up or restricted due to zoning. Verdot Capital has experience with working with city boards, towns, municipalities, and economic development boards, especially on the Northpointe project located in Pflugerville, Texas, which has often been described as a ‘town within a town’.
