Grants Pass is a senior living community in Grants Pass, OR, consisting of independent living, assisted living and memory care in apartment and cottage styled living. The community offers a neighborhood-style layout set in a scenic environment near the banks of the Rogue River. Amenities support the lifestyles of older adults and include landscaped walking areas, communal gathering spaces, and on-site services tailored to each level of care. Cascades of Grants Pass was acquired by Verdot Capital in October 2025.
