Development of a 183-unit single family home community for rent in Santa Fe, NM. This will be Verdot Capital and Santa Fe’s first build to rent product and it is centrally located near medical employers as well as the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Construction began in October 2024 with delivery of the first units by January 2026.
